Más que sea un tema “fashion” lo de coaching, lo importante es que es un tema y una práctica vital en todo proyecto de cambio, tanto empresarial, personal, educacional y por qué no nacional, enfocado a generar mejores condiciones de vida en las personas, quienes generalmente pierden el rumbo en una sobreestimulación de corrientes, técnicas y presiones del medio, que hacen que se diluyan las potencialidades de los individuos.
En nuestras prácticas a nivel local, de esta técnica, se pueden observar los logros sustantivos en las personas que se exponen a ellas, lo cual confirma la efectividad y beneficios de los principios y metodologías de coaching, sin embargo, no habrá que dejar de lado que lo vital del coaching se concentra en lograr un autocoaching de los pupilos, meta fundamental para viabilizar el desarrollo de los individuos.
