Outplacement: El Despido es también una Oportunidad

Reducir el impacto emocional y laboral es una de las características principales en los programas de Outplacement o recolocación que una empresa o institución puede ofrecer a los empleados cesados, generalmente cuando es absorbida o pasa por una crisis. Esta técnica busca asesorar al candidato sobre cómo aprovechar sus fortalezas, marcando un objetivo y utilizando las herramientas adecuadas para conseguirlo.

El outplacement no garantiza la consecución de un empleo, pero su objetivo es aumentar las probabilidades de que se lleve a cabo la reinserción laboral del candidato. Por tanto, los beneficios se reflejan tanto en el empleado que recibe asesoría para reemprender la búsqueda de trabajo sobre las necesidades del mercado analizando sus debilidades y fortalezas, como para la empresa que con este programa ofrece un trato más humano al empleado cesado a la vez que mejora su imagen corporativa y evita las posibles tensiones internas que puedan surgir. Se podría decir que es un elemento positivo que se consigue en el proceso de despido.

BENEFICIOS DEL OUTPLACEMENT

Para el Colaborador:

  • Brinda asesoría y direccionamiento para sus futuras actividades, sean estas laborables o empresariales, por medio de un equipo de profesionales que brindan asesoramiento sobre las oportunidades externas de recolocación o de iniciación de un proyecto de emprendedurismo.
  • Ayuda a comprender y administrar positivamente el proceso de cambio en el que está inmerso.
  • Permite identificar sus fortalezas y los aspectos a mejorar, competencias, habilidades y estilo personal, para enfrentar con éxito los nuevos desafíos.
  • Otorga la posibilidad de proveerse de informaciones beneficiosas sobre el mercado laboral, específicamente por especialidad, segmentos de industria, niveles de remuneración, etc.
  • Evidencia las informaciones de las posibilidades del mercado, para poder planificar su marketing personal y realizar una campaña de búsqueda activa, con eficacia. Por ejemplo: Optimizar las posibilidades a la hora de presentar su candidatura para un determinado puesto de trabajo (entrevistas, negociaciones, investigación de mercado).
