Por supuesto que no esperamos cambios radicales ni sustanciales en breve, aunque la meta a seguir es alcanzar sí aquellos cambios que permita a la persona hacer frente a su vida de forma digna y coherente, y en esta condición facilite accesar a todo un potencial que podría sorprenderle al mismo involucrado.
El proceso de Coaching es uno extremadamente dinámico en donde las sensaciones juegan un papel determinante y de las cuáles se obtiene información fundamental para dilucidar frenos, obstáculos, condicionamientos y situaciones mejorables, perfectibles, es decir, aquello que puedo transformar positivamente desde mi realidad actual limitada.
Es gratificante cuando se observa a una persona rencontrándose y redescubriéndose a sí misma y disfrutando esa sensación de epifanía en la que logra visualizar un escenario mucho más realizable en clara consonancia con sus guiones más profundos, aquellos que parecían desvanecidos pero simplemente sólo estaban a la espera de una oportunidad para ser reactivados y utilizados a través de acciones en verdad productivas.
Un concepto inherente de tener una vida saludable es ser altamente productivos, capaces de concretar resultados. No se trata de deseos, si no que logros específicos en donde se manifiesta la “salud” de la persona. Ahora bien, para hacer viables dichos resultados concentramos la mayor parte de nuestras energías en acciones. No obstante, el factor clave de lograr mejores resultados no se concentra ni siquiera en dichas acciones, aunque éstas estén cargadas de adrenalina. Este factor clave es el SER. Mientras usted no profundice en él, pregúntese sí está enfocando en verdad sus energías en consecución de los resultados de calidad que desea para su vida. Posiblemente se le desplomen todos sus esquemas preconcebidos de lo que debe ser su “vida”; sin duda será mejor eso que vivir algo que no es lo suyo.
