Debemos reconocer que dejamos atrás un periodo complicado como nación y posiblemente en cada uno de nuestros proyectos personales, considerando los obstáculos observados en un panorama sombrío y poco estimulante.
Por fortuna, se nos presenta una oportunidad inédita en este comienzo de año, en tanto que podemos proyectar una dimensión de vida superior, trascendente y especial, es decir, podemos construir desde este momento un presente y un futuro cargado de entusiasmo en búsqueda del anhelado éxito, el que todos aspiramos alcanzar. Por tanto, podemos empezar por formularnos el éxito a alcanzar.
Ahora bien, este concepto de “éxito” generalmente está enmarcado dentro de una constelación de ideas orientadas a alcanzar reconocimiento, prestigio, posesiones, placeres, todo en clave del bienestar superfluo, todo lejos de lo que en verdad es éxito.
Parte de ese nuevo comienzo es que deberíamos ser capaces de definir el éxito en términos realistas y motivantes, evitando caer en definiciones gastadas y estereotipadas, como las connotaciones normales conocidas de un mundo plagado de “premios” superficiales que cataloga como éxito el obtener esas regalías sin valor real. En vez de ello, podríamos comenzar por un ejercicio intelectual y emocional más elaborado y profundo, uno capaz de llevarnos a plantear el éxito como un concepto que se cuele desde nuestras entrañas y que responde a nuestra naturaleza única e íntima, traduciéndolo en el dinamizador que nos lleva a la acción de alto impacto. Comience por descubrir lo que en verdad significa éxito para usted, aquel estado de vida que le permita determinar que ha alcanzado sus metas más auténticas. Sí intenta definir éxito desde las cosmovisiones típicas, seguramente se encontrará con más de lo mismo y con algo que realmente no será capaz de arrancarle sus mayores motivaciones. De ser así cada paso que dé será en la dirección equivocada.
Para alguien que se esfuerza en crecer, el éxito se vincularía en encontrar y en ser coherente con su verdadera vocación, y determinar dicha vocación sin duda implicaría todo un proceso de búsqueda, descubrimiento, aceptación y ejecución, lo cual conllevaría un regocijo permanente y pleno, porque el sólo hecho de descubrir esa vocación se convierte en un éxito intrínseco. Ahora sólo dimensione la gratificación y satisfacción al orientar todas sus energías para hacer realidad cada día su destino primario.
Claro, lo anterior no es tarea fácil, pero es más difícil todavía seguir una vida sin puerto seguro. La vida es demasiado corta como para no detenerse a reparar al respecto y no formular la estrategia personal a seguir para visualizar y alcanzar el verdadero éxito.
Por otro lado, no podemos alcanzar nuestro éxito si no poseemos una plena fe en el mismo y esa fe sólo proviene de visualizar el éxito desde la propia e integra concepción personal, así y sólo así podremos garantizar que nuestra fe no se verá nublada por los acontecimientos contrarios que seguramente aparecerán. Sí perdemos la confianza en nosotros mismos, habremos perdido también nuestra seguridad personal y con ello, al mejor conductor de esta travesía.
Ahora bien, ¿cómo medir el logro del éxito? Siempre buscamos una recompensa, por tanto la consecuencia derivada de ese éxito, determinaría si lo alcanzamos. Sí después de un aparente éxito no se encuentra sosiego y satisfacción, o si estos sólo son temporales, entonces algo está fallando. Algunos encontrarán fama o cuentas bancarias pero aun así se sentirían incompletos; habrá que revisar su verdadero concepto de éxito, cavar más profundo, sumergirme más en la verdadera identidad personal.
¿A este momento de la lectura ya se agotó? Posiblemente sí, pero aún falta. No olvide que se trata de su vida y ella requiere de esfuerzo. Prosigamos entonces: posterior a definir el éxito desde su propio vocabulario e identidad, dispóngase a elaborar un plan de acción específico que le permita ir por el camino correcto para alcanzarlo.
Debe saber que para concretar un plan de acción requerirá de disciplina y de adentrarse a una zona de aprendizaje ya que habrá que dejar la conformidad y pesimismo para provocar y recorrer todo un trayecto de asimilación de nuevas ideas, creencias, actitudes, destrezas, que le permitan salir de ese estado paralizante y mediocre, el cual usted seguramente ya no desee permanecer. El nuevo aprendizaje precisamente requerirá de esfuerzo y constancia, factores determinantes para garantizar que logrará dar los pasos certeros en la dirección correcta, la que decidió previamente seguir cuando formuló su concepto de éxito, el suyo propio, no el de otros.
A continuación debe reparar en identificar todas aquellas oportunidades que abonen a ese éxito; mantenga la vista fija en el horizonte y en los laterales, observe cada señal, elemento y circunstancia y obtenga la información necesaria para actuar. Evite distracciones y posturas acomodadas, intuya lo que está ocurriendo a su alrededor, no deje cabos sueltos, accione en cada momento clave y vital. Para ello, como se mencionó, debe estar alerta, presto/a para hacer suyo todo aquello que coadyuve positivamente al logro de su meta de realización.
Concluyendo, recuerde que estamos despidiendo un comportamiento que posiblemente no funcionó y que estamos instalando uno más elástico y efectivo, un comportamiento repleto de realismo, madurez, positivismo, entusiasmo, compromiso, esmero, perseverancia y confianza plena en propiciar en nuestra vida, un caminar enriquecedor, cuyo desenlace no será llegar a algo si no mantenernos en algo, en nuestra realización diaria.
